bd9i Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bd9i platform — including its website at https://bd9i.io, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all related services — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the bd9i platform. bd9i reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on bd9i, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from bd9i or any related platform operated by the same management.
• You must register only one (1) account on bd9i. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

bd9i reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bd9i may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible operations, bd9i applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, players must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of registered payment method ownership. bd9i may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the bd9i platform. The creation or operation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bd9i strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

bd9i will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bd9i that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bd9i reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts, provided adequate notice has been given to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting the support team.

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed within sixty (60) minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours will be queued and processed the following business day.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, identity verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

Bonus Eligibility

Maximum Win Limits

The maximum single withdrawal attributable to any one game session or bonus round is ৳20,00,000 (twenty lakh Taka) unless stated otherwise in a specific game's promotional terms. Any winnings in excess of this limit require a manual review by the bd9i compliance team before release.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event, based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, bd9i will defer to the result published by the sport's governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket or the BCB for BPL).

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. In-play bets settled on completed portions of an event (e.g., innings-specific markets where the innings has been completed) will stand.

Betting Limits

bd9i reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any market at any time. These limits may vary by market, event, player account tier, or as a result of unusual betting patterns. bd9i further reserves the right to void, limit, or refuse any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting activity, or system abuse.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the bd9i platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any other software designed to generate unfair advantages in gameplay or betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn from bd9i.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd9i staff, support agents, or other players.

bd9i is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd9i, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bd9i platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to a technical malfunction, system outage, or game error.
• Losses arising from delay, interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any inaccuracy or error in odds, game results, or account statements that has been subsequently corrected.

In all cases, bd9i's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your bd9i account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or fraud investigations in progress.

bd9i reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bd9i.

Where an account is terminated by bd9i for cause, any bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits held within the account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

Your continued use of the bd9i platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
